We offer personal training at your level which will make it more fun and enjoyable for you moving forward. You have to be serious about getting faster, building fitness / endurance, getting stronger and becoming more powerful.

After years of experience I know how to get the best out of you and your training to help you achieve the goals you are after. All it takes is a little sacrifice and some commitment and together we can do this. I work on the basis that through good appropriate exercise and dietary changes, change will occur.

With me as your personal trainer, I aim to keep things fun, interesting and work hard to make you understand why you are doing what you are doing.

What do we Charge

  • One on One Training $50 per hour
  • Group Training Sessions $75 per hour
  • Prehab and Rehab $60 per hour
  • Plus any general costs as noted on "Our Services" page
